The EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2000 and the Data Protection Amendment Act 2018 serve the right to the protection of personal data. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, DSG 2018, TKG 2003).

The personal data collected as part of the use of this website will be processed by us subject to your consent for the purposes of advertising and market research, for the needs-based processing of commissioned services, for the processing of inquiries or the fulfillment of contracts as well as the legitimate interest of the person responsible. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is, on the one hand, the fulfillment of a contract, legitimate interests, the fulfillment of our legal or contractual obligations and, on the other hand, your consent (e.g. contact form, newsletter, cookies).
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if you have given your prior consent. We endeavor to store your personal data by taking all technical and organizational measures in such a way that they are not accessible to third parties.
We process your personal data, if necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, processing to the termination of a contract) as well as in accordance with the statutory storage and documentation obligations, which result from, among other things, the German Commercial Code (UGB), the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) and until the end of any legal dispute and ongoing warranty and guarantee periods. Data originating from general inquiries, in particular email traffic, is stored in the archive for at least 7 years and then automatically deleted.
With the operation of our website and in the context of our business activities, we commission processors such as software service providers, tax and legal advisors and other business partners who can gain access to your personal data in the course of their activities, provided that they need the data to fulfill their respective service. They have committed themselves to us to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. Order processing contracts have been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. We are happy to provide you with further information on the processors commissioned by us at any time (see 2.1 for contact details).
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be sent to us by e-mail and stored by us for at least 7 years for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

We cannot guarantee complete data security, but security adjustments are made on an ongoing.
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion (insofar as there is no legal obligation to retain data), restriction, data portability, revocation and objection.
